Your custom modules, for a fixed monthly fee.
Maintenance and development for Odoo. We build your custom modules, fix bugs, adapt screens and move your custom code to each new Odoo version. No hourly billing: a fixed monthly fee and measured results.

One subscription, all your custom work
Odoo's standard code stays with Odoo. Everything specific to your company is ours to write, test and carry to every new version.
Custom modules
New modules and extra fields, workflows and automations on the ones you have.
Bug fixes
Traces and logs are read first; every fix ships with an acceptance test.
Screens and reports
Form, list and report adaptations; PDF outputs and dashboards.
Version upgrades
Your custom modules move to each new Odoo version; included in the subscription.
Integrations
JSON-2 / API links to e-commerce, banks, carriers and your internal systems.
Data fixes
Export, fix through the ORM and verify; every step reversible.
Five steps from request to live
You write
You post the request on Slack or the portal; a ticket is opened.
Plan
A plan and acceptance criteria are written; for bugs we read the trace and logs first.
Build + gate
Work happens on a test branch. It is not done until code rules, company/data safety and tests pass.
You test
You test on staging; a change log shows what changed and where to look.
Live on approval
It goes live with your approval. Every step, approval and proof is visible in the portal.
Watch your team at work
In the portal you see the lead and developers working on your requests in an office view: who is on which request, who is waiting for your test, who is on a break. Status refreshes every 15 seconds.
↘ your team, live
One column, one bold row: two minutes, through the tests
Show the deadline column on the manufacturing orders list for everyone and make in-progress orders bold. Nothing in the standard list was touched; a small view layer was added on top.
↔ Drag to compare
Always show the Deadline column; make In Progress orders bold.
A small view inheritance on the standard list. Odoo's own code untouched.
Passed our gate (rules + Odoo tests) and a hidden acceptance test; checked on staging.

Not a customer — a measured lab

Common questions
Are you an official partner of Odoo S.A.?
No. We are an independent service provider, not affiliated with Odoo S.A. Your licence and hosting stay with Odoo; we work on your custom code.
Which Odoo setups do you work with?
Odoo 18, 19 and 20 on Odoo.sh or your own server. Odoo Online does not allow custom modules, so there we work through configuration and the API.
Who touches our production system?
Nothing goes straight to production. Test branch, automatic gate and your test on staging first, then live only with your approval.
Are version upgrades included?
Yes. Moving your custom modules to each new version is part of the subscription, not a separate project.
How is the price set?
A fixed monthly fee based on your modules and version status. We look at your module list and send a written quote.
